Comments: My name is Tasha and my boyfriend and I are in need of a roommate to socialize with and share our house with. We are both in our 20s. We definitely want to get someone in our house that we not only rent a room with, but also consider to be someone cool that we can hang out with and do stuff with. We live in a 3 bedroom house with a large bathroom, which we would all have to share. The house is located in a really nice neighborhood called Hollywood Park which is located near the intersection of Fruitridge Road and Freeport Blvd. Our house is completely furnished with everything you could need: frig, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, fireplace, a/c, heat, hardwood floors throughout…you know, basically the works. There is a large backyard great for entertaining and we have a LONG driveway going to the detached garage. We are close to all major freeways (i5, 99), bus lines, and light rail. About the room. The room is a good size and has a LARGE closet. It is huge (perfect for any girl that loves to accessorize). Honestly, I wish I had the closet in my room. The room is cable and internet ready and has large windows facing the backyard. We are asking $450 plus 1/3 of utilities (gas and electricity ONLY). If you are interested in the room, we are asking for a $450 deposit as well. If you decide later on that you need to move for whatever reason (we don't think you will because we are just what you're looking for... as you are for us) we ask that you give us at least a 30 notice in advance. About us: I am ½ Japanese and ½ African American, my boyfriend is ½ Caucasian and ½ Mexican, we are seniors attending Sac State, we love to hang out with friends, we don't drink a lot only socially and we aren't in to drugs or smoking. We hope that our roommate is the same. The room is available now so if you would like to come and check us out and the house, we would love for you to come and visit.
