Comments: The apartment is located in the Cypress/Willobrook area, off Jones Rd b/t 1960 and Grant. There is a branch of the Harris County Library across the street. There is a small on-site gym, washer/dryer in the unit, and covered parking is available for $20 a month if you're interested. The layout is a roommate suite (equal sized bedrooms w/ private baths) and the apartment is furnished except for the currently empty bedroom.
I'm a pretty laid back person and can get along with all kinds of people. I do smoke indoors and that won't change! I'm willing to live with just about anybody as long as we get along ok and they can pay their share.
