One 12X12 room with lots of closet space available. Can move in as of about end of Aug. Sec. deposit is $250. Hawaiian village requires a copy of Drivers License and will do a credit check, which takes about a week.
Monthly fee including Rent, Utilities and Cable/TV is $380. The lease is for one year.
Need someone quiet, responsible and mature about monthly fees, others property and keeping apt. reasonably clean. (Also about practices to keep Utilities bill as low as possible).
