Comments: Two professionals (28 yr old and 38yr old) in need of a 3rd roommate (or couple) for the master bed room available as soon as possible. Also share portion of JEA and Comcast. Located on the corner of San Pablo and Beach, 3 miles from the ocean along the intracoastal. Hard wood floors and huge walk in closet along with private attached bathroom (bath tub and shower). One roomate is rarely home and other spends most of the time in upstairs bedroom. Neighborhood is very private so we are looking for someone quiet, (no loud parties) no smoking except outside and no pets are allowed, per landlord. $500 per month. |
