Comments: This poolside unit is an incredible find (arguably, the best in the complex). The location is excellent (fast access to Tempe-ASU, Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa, and even Gilbert). The grounds are impecably kept with trees and grass--not to mention very safe. My last roommate thouroughly enjoyed being here. The whole condo is COMPLETELY furnished except for master bedroom and bath and VERY comfortable. Located right across from a golf course, there are many snow-birds and the complex is always quiet. I could go on and on...
I am looking for a very focused, responsible and tidy student or working professional with whom to share the condo. I have a business that keeps me away from the condo most of the time and so there would be lots of space for any prospect.
I am a Christian (no drinking, smoking, drugs, boyfriends over, etc.) and very easy to get along with. My focus in the following year is to prepare for law school Fall 2007 and continue my business, which keeps me traveling.
