Comments: Large house with good size room. I need to fill the empty room. Room is 14' x 15'. I have a cousin roomie that will be your neighbor on the other side of the house that has two jobs and one day off(mon) so you never see him:) you can have the 1/2 bathroom to yourself with an extra $25 a month added to your rent. Room has cable and phone outlets. It also has a bed shelves and personal closet. The utilities are split 1/4. Cable power and water(average $50-$90 a month per roomate). I have two beautiful outside dogs that take very good care of the house. |
